My Fitness Challenge: Week 2

Welcome to Week 2 of my Fitness Challenge. Before we start, I have a confession: I missed two days last week because homework has been piling up (only 11 more weeks of school left!), but I'm ready to get started this week. Some thing I noticed was that there wasn't a good balance between abs and lower body, so this week should provide more balance.
With that said here is this weeks workout routine (in the order they will be done):
20 Squats
20 Sit Ups
1 min Wall Sit
45 Second Plank
20 Sumo Squats
30 Second Mountain Climbers

P.S. Check out this Wall sit Challenge I found and I will pretend today is April 6th, then move along.
If you want to do this with me like on Facebook or Follow me on twitter because I will be sending reminders of how long to do each wall sit along with a reminder to do your exercises.

    1. Hi Brad! I live in Chicago and unfortunately it's not been too warm to do any outdoor activities. However, you can use these as just starting points and feel free to do extra exercises. Good luck!

  2. Hey there,

This is really an interesting discussion about fitness. There are lots of most significant health benefits of physical activity and exercise such as improve the quality of people lives and reduce the risks of developing coronary heart disease, hypertension, some cancers and type 2 diabetes with ongoing participation in moderate physical activity and exercise. Physical Fitness is really important to our health.

  3. The secret in a healthier, happier you lies in the very fundamentals of muscle strengthening itself. If I can teach you but this one principle... a muscle has to pushed, pulled, contracted, relaxed, and ultimately stretched to its limits in order to build up healthier and stronger. This means pushing yourself. This means leaving your comfort zone and trying new things. This means that if you sit on the couch, go to the gym, walk, do your exercise DVD, eat potato chips, squat in your living room, whatever is your comfort zone, you may not be realizing your full potential because you have not yet started to approach that potential. Herein lies today's motivation...

  4. Great post full of useful tips! My site is fairly new and I am also having a hard time getting my readers to leave comments. Analytics shows they are coming to the site but I have a feeling “nobody wants to be first”. Yoga Kurs Zurich

  5. Wall sit challenge is a tough one for me. 45 seconds is my personal highest score. If you are looking for some new cardio workout, I recommend you to try Sphery. It is a great startup from Zurich. If you still in doubt - they offer voucher for free training session for two. You may grab it here - https://sphery.ch/free-sphery-training/
